Starting in January 2020 the Speach Family Candy Shoppe began celebrating its 100th anniversary. Celebrating 100 years as a family business in Central New York is no small feat. We truly would not be here today if it weren’t for an amazingly energetic, loyal, and supportive community. Preparing for this milestone, we here at Speach Family Candy Shoppe want to acknowledge the community that has supported us through the ups and downs.
10 Decades of Giving
After many months of preparation, we created our 10 Decades of Giving Event. Inspired by the idea that “10 good deeds a day can change the world”, we partnered with 10 different nonprofits for the 2020 fiscal year. These organizations benefited by receiving a percentage of our sales for their selected months as well as increased exposure in-store, on-line, and in the community.

Each of the non-profits had the ability to choose an exclusive product that we offered throughout 2020. These products were made to order and available for birthdays, gifts and Holidays. If you are interested in purchasing these products after 2020, please reach out to the individual non-profits to see if placing a bulk order is feasible.
100% of the profit for these products went to benefit the organizations.
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, and with your support, we donated over
$8500.00
in 2020 to these deserving local non-profits.
